Based on manufacturing experience of the enterprise major product – electric cars with capacity to 150 kilowatt, the dough mixing machines for small and medium bakeries are being developed and manufactured at the enterprise since the 1990s.
Professional batch dough mixing machines with capacity up to 130 liters manufactured by Sarapul Electric Generators JSC could be used for:
— yeast dough kneading,
— non-yeasted and tight dough kneading,
— cooking of meat dumplings,
— confectionery mass mixing,
— mixing of minced meat, etc.
