- MU DMC Sokolniki was created to implement the recreational outreach. Research projects to explore the possibility of moving objects using electric field are being conducted since 2005. Various devices without moving parts in its construction, including lifting ones were created in the Youth Laboratory MU DMC Sokolniki on the basis of the Brown effect. For the development of platforms on the basis of Brown effect the staff of the laboratory was awarded diplomas at national and international exhibitions: NTTM, Archimed, Russian Educational Forum, The International Forum Robots, International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS, the medal of the IX International Salon High Technologies of the 21st Century, the silver medal of the Salon Archimedes 2009, gold medal of International Salon of Inventions and New Technologies New Time, medals of the Winner of Competition of Innovations of the International Forum on Intellectual Property EXPOPRIORITY'2011 and EXPOPRIORITY'2012.
