- The concept of establishment of medical goods (viz. sanitary tissue products for disabled people) production facility in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District of the Russian Federation was originated by the project authors in 2009. The project authors commissioned the production line (absorbing swaddles for adults) in September 2012 at the territory of the Russian Federation in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. As an extension of the concept implying production of the whole range of medical goods for disabled people it is offered to create new production line of sanitary tissue products (diapers for adults). Implementation of the innovative project will allow ensuring uninterrupted output of a wide range of high-quality products (diapers for adults) both in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous The project is intended to create the required conditions for carrying-out of the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation for effective employment of convicts, provision of service of sentence in the places of detention. In order to achieve the set target it is foreseen to implement a set of measures aimed at realignment of production facilities of the penal enforcement system for manufacture of competitive and marketable (both internal and external markets) products and creation of new production facilities for employment of fresh convicts.
