- Arrangement of production facilities with implementation of technology which allows recovery of marble out of concrete on the basis of sand extracted at the territory of Novy Urengoy. Such sand was earlier considered as an unsuitable one for construction purposes and it was used only for road filling. Production technology is appropriate for the internal market of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District with the further sale at the territory of the district. In addition to that it will help creating new workplaces for specialists with the basic level of experience, young experts and graduates of the training colleges. It is possible to use sand and portland cement as the basis for products having features and appearance of the natural marble. No significant investments to equipment are required for production purposes. For instance, the steam chamber is not required therefore there will no inevitable growth of expenses for the cost price if the end products. The natural raw material constituting the largest (80%) part of the product is sand extracted at the city’s territory.
