- The olive oils are produced and bottled in sophisticated ecological mills, where technology meets the tradition provided by ancient stone mills. Each parcel of grapes from CARM vineyards is vinified, aged and bottled in cellars according to the latest technology, while traditional vats are used for fermentation.
